5k Marathon

 

Categories of Participation:

  • Walk
  • Run
  • Bike
  • Skate

Rules of Participation

  • Event is on May 14th 2022, 8:00 am – 11:00 am
  • Each participant must pay an entry fee of $20 which can be done here.
  • Go to your favorite trail or park, or even hop on your treadmill between the event time
  • Record the total time to complete the 5k
  • Tag us on Instagram or email us at nycnj@ashanet.org with the following before 2 pm:
    • Name
    • Category of participation (Walk/Run/Bike/Skate)
    • Completion time

Winner Announcement:

  • The top three performers with the lowest time for each category will be announced on the NYC/NJ Website on May 14th at 5 pm

 

All participants will receive a certificate and volunteering hours for partaking in this event!
